By accessing our website or booking any services with Exploring Wings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment (generally 50% of the total tour cost).
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the commencement of the trip.
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and secure online payment gateways.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Cancellations through phone calls or WhatsApp messages will not be accepted.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy and credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. Travel Documents
- Guests are required to carry valid government-issued identification at all times during the trip.
- Exploring Wings shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from incomplete, incorrect, or missing travel documentation.
4. Price & Service Modifications
- Tour prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel costs, hotel tariffs, taxes, or other operational factors.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Exploring Wings reserves the right to amend itineraries, accommodations, or services without prior notice, while ensuring equivalent alternatives wherever possible.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- Exploring Wings shall not be liable for any delays, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses caused by third-party service providers, natural calamities, accidents, or unforeseen incidents.
- Guests are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings throughout the trip.
6. Force Majeure
Exploring Wings shall not be held responsible for any cancellation, alteration, or delay of services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
7. Behavior & Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain appropriate behavior and respect local customs, regulations, fellow travelers, and service staff.
- Any misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate removal from the tour without entitlement to any refund.
8. Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to the services provided by Exploring Wings shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
