Where is Khait Parvat Located?
Khait Parvat lies in the Ghansali region of Tehri Garhwal. The trek generally begins from Musankiri Village, around 25 km from Ghansali, or from Bhatwara/That villages. The final stretch involves a 5 km uphill trek through dense forests, meadows, and panoramic ridges.

Legends and Myths of Khait Parvat in Uttarakhand
Khait Parvat is steeped in fascinating Garhwali folklore. Locals believe that nine divine sisters, called Aanchari or Bharadi, inhabit the mountain. These fairies are said to dance under the full moon, blessing the land and its people.
