At Exploring Wings, we are committed to providing a seamless travel experience. We understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all bookings.
1. Cancellation Policy
Same Day Cancellation (Day of Booking)
A full refund will be provided for cancellations made on the same day as the booking.
30+ Days Before Travel Date
10% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
90% of the total amount will be refunded.
15–30 Days Before Travel Date
25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
75% of the total amount will be refunded.
0–15 Days Before Travel Date
50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
50% of the total amount will be refunded.
No Show or Last-Minute Cancellation (within 24 hours of travel)
100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
No refund will be applicable.
2. How to Cancel a Booking
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:
info@exploringwings.in
Cancellations will not be accepted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or SMS.
3. Refund Process
- Applicable refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the cancellation request along with the necessary documentation.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
4. Important Notes
- Refunds are not applicable for partially used services or unused inclusions.
- In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or force majeure events, Exploring Wings reserves the right to apply special cancellation terms.
- For group tours or customized packages, separate cancellation terms may apply and will be clearly mentioned in the tour confirmation email or invoice.
